Leave Salesforce. Don't bring the clutter with you.
I move growing B2B teams from Salesforce to HubSpot with a plan for what to bring, what to archive and how everything maps, so your reps start in a clean HubSpot portal they actually want to use.
How a migration works.
It starts with whether you should move at all. Sometimes the problem is the setup, not the platform.
Assess and map
Usage for every field, object and automation, then one page that shows how Salesforce lands in HubSpot.
- Field, object and automation usage review
- What's working data and what's history
- Object, record type and pipeline mapping
- Sign-off from sales and service leaders
- A real timeline and HubSpot tier fit
Clean and migrate
Clean data goes in. The Salesforce clutter stays behind.
- Contacts and companies deduped first
- Salesforce IDs kept for traceability
- History archived where you can search it
- Workflows rebuilt from requirements
- Reports and dashboards ready on day one
Cut over and train
A planned switch, validated before your team logs in.
- A freeze date or a synced transition
- Record counts checked by object
- Pipeline value checked by stage
- Real accounts spot checked by hand
- Short, role-based training
Planning a move? Start with the five decisions to make before you migrate any data.

How long does a migration take?
A recent migration took under two weeks end to end. Heavily customized orgs take longer, and the assessment gives you a real timeline.
Will we lose our history?
No. Working data comes over, and older history is archived somewhere you can still search it.
Which HubSpot tier do we need?
It depends on your data model and automation. Custom objects, for example, need Enterprise. The assessment covers this before you buy.
Written by the people who use the org.
“Scalable Operations has exceeded expectations in every respect. They demonstrated a singular level of responsiveness, flexibility, efficiency, and thoughtfulness throughout. We could not be more pleased.”
“Working with Eric has been incredible! He is fast, efficient, and effective. He is a fantastic problem solver, creating tons of efficiencies and automations that supercharge my team's capacity to get work done fast.”
“Helped our team immensely in understanding a Salesforce instance that we inherited and in helping us find ways to operate more efficiently.”
Weighing a move off Salesforce?
Tell me what isn't working. If a cleanup would get you there for less, I'll say so.
