This policy explains what information Scalable Operations collects through scalableoperations.co, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, work email, what you need help with, and a short description of the problem. We use it to reply to you and prepare for a call. Submissions are stored by Webflow, our website host, and saved in our CRM (Salesforce).
When you use What the F*nnel?! The funnel check at /funnel has its own privacy notice at scalableoperations.co/funnel/privacy, which covers what it collects in detail. Answers you don't submit stay in your browser.
When you browse the site. With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you visit. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
Cookies
We use:
- Necessary cookies to remember your cookie choices, protect the site from bots and spam (Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form), and keep the site working. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. If you're in the EU, UK, or another region that requires consent, these only load after you accept them in the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings button on the site.
Why we use your information (legal basis)
- Replying to your inquiry, and following up on a funnel check you requested. Taking steps at your request before a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- Analytics. Your consent, where required.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the business. They process data on our behalf:
- Webflow: website hosting and contact form storage
- Google: Google Analytics, and reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form
- Cloudflare: security and bot protection for the site
- CookieYes: cookie consent banner
- Salesforce: our CRM, for contact form inquiries and funnel-check follow-ups
- Resend: sending the funnel-check one-pager by email
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the provider's safeguards for these transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and funnel-check follow-ups: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- have it corrected
- have it deleted
- object to or restrict how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time

If you're in the EU or UK and you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Spain, that's the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
