About
Most Salesforce consultants come to the platform from IT. I came to it from running the teams that had to live inside it — which is why my first question is usually about your process, not your org.

I spent sixteen years in operations and revenue roles at high-growth companies. At Facebook I helped scale operations through a period of growth from 30 million to 300 million users. I have carried P&L responsibility north of $100 million, and held operating roles at Dropbox, Shift, Common, and Unstoppable Domains.
That background is the reason clients hire me over a larger firm. I have been the person receiving the half-finished implementation, and I have been the person explaining to a leadership team why the forecast cannot be trusted.
Scalable Operations is a Salesforce consultancy working with nonprofits, education organizations, and mid-market operators. Twenty-five completed projects, thirteen active Salesforce certifications, and a five-star rating across every client review submitted to Salesforce.
Engagements are delivered by me. Where a project needs additional capacity, I bring in trusted subcontractors I have worked with for years, and I tell you when that is happening.
How I work
Every proposal names what is out of scope as explicitly as what is in. It protects both of us and it is why engagements finish on time.
Requests are collected and reviewed together rather than quietly added. You see the trade-off before it is made.
Sometimes the honest recommendation is to fix what you have, defer a phase, or not buy the thing at all.
Including data loads, campaign tagging, and deduplication. The unglamorous work is usually where the trust is built.
Credentials
Thirteen active certifications across Platform, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Industries, and Slack. Verified by Salesforce, not self-reported.
A certified LGBT Business Enterprise. Engagements count toward your supplier diversity commitments.
Independently certified minority-owned and operated. Ownership, control and operations verified by audit, not self-declared.
That is how nearly every engagement here has started.
