Sheet Happens is a free process review from Scalable Operations. Here's what it collects, and why.

If you don't submit a form

Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved, and it's gone when you close the page.

If you describe your process in your own words

The text you type or paste is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which picks out your steps. Then it's discarded. Scalable Operations doesn't save it, and it isn't added to your results or to the CRM. If you later submit a form, what's saved is your confirmed steps, not your text. Anthropic handles it under its commercial terms, which don't allow using it to train models. Leave out names, donor details, and anything sensitive.

If you ask for the one-pager

Your email address, your answers, and your results are saved in Scalable Operations' CRM (Salesforce) so I can send you the one-pager and follow up about it. The email itself is sent through Resend, an email delivery service.

If you request a call

Your name, work email, your notes, the seat you chose, your answers, and your results are saved in the CRM so I can reply with times and come to the call prepared.

Analytics

Like the rest of scalableoperations.co, this page uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which steps people reach. Google Analytics uses cookies, which only load if you accept them in the cookie banner. It never receives your numbers, your step names, or anything you type.

Sharing

Your information isn't sold or shared with anyone else. It's used only to follow up with you.
