Project kickoff and process review

We will review the project's scope and request access to your Salesforce organization to start configurations.

Account customization

We will structure your account information to allow you to document critical data about individuals, households, or business entities involved in your customer support processes.

Service Cloud console set up

We will customize your Service Cloud Console including all components, lists, buttons or quick action links as necessary.

Case set up

We’ll customize Cases, including list views, queues, custom fields, basic case routing and page layouts for your customer support teams to manage inbound tickets.

Salesforce Training

We’ll perform a one-hour training on how to use Service Cloud and how to navigate your Salesforce instance.
